Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse or have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
